By accessing the REGSTALK website, registering for any program, attending live or recorded sessions, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Non-attendance, partial attendance, technical issues on the participant’s side, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with course content do not constitute grounds for refunds or chargebacks. REGSTALK may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in exceptional circumstances, including where required by applicable law or where a valid reason is demonstrated by the participant. Any such decision is made on a case-by-case basis and does not create an entitlement or precedent.

Access, Delivery, and Modifications
REGSTALK reserves the right to modify program schedules, instructors, session formats, delivery platforms, content structure, or materials where reasonably necessary, including for operational, technical, or quality reasons. Such modifications do not entitle participants to refunds or credits.
Access to live sessions and recordings may be time-limited and subject to the terms communicated at the time of registration. REGSTALK does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services and shall not be responsible for disruptions caused by third-party platforms, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.

Intellectual Property
All content provided through REGSTALK, including but not limited to training materials, presentations, videos, recordings, worksheets, templates, graphics, logos, and written content, is the intellectual property of REGSTALK or its licensors. Access to the Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, share, record, resell, or create derivative works from REGSTALK content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

Session Recordings, Access, and Use of Content
REGSTALK may record live sessions for educational, quality assurance, and internal purposes. By participating in live sessions, you consent to such recordings. Participants are strictly prohibited from using automated or artificial intelligence–based note‑taking tools, transcription tools, recording software, bots, or similar technologies during live sessions unless expressly authorized in writing by REGSTALK.Unauthorized recording, transcription, or capture of session content may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Access to training materials, live sessions, and session recordings is provided for a limited time period only, as clearly communicated at the time of registration or purchase. Access is granted solely for the specific program, batch, or cohort for which you have registered. Materials, recordings, or live sessions will not be accessible after the stated access period and will not carry over to future batches, cohorts, or programs.
Requests for extended access may be considered on a case-by-case basis where a valid reason is provided; however, REGSTALK is under no obligation to grant extensions, and any such extension must be expressly approved in writing. Continued or future access cannot be assumed and is not guaranteed.

Participant Conduct
Participants agree to engage respectfully and professionally during all REGSTALK interactions. REGSTALK reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services, without refund, where participant conduct is disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, unlawful, or contrary to the objectives of the training environment.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, REGSTALK disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By registering for REGSTALK Services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting REGSTALK to attempt resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks, false claims, or misuse of payment dispute mechanisms may result in immediate suspension of access and recovery of associated administrative and processing costs, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
